STEP 1 — ICBC Driving Record
Less than 6 points — No distracted driving infraction
STEP 2 — Email
Email VCDS a copy of insurance showing 3rd party liability of $3 million or more
STEP 4 — COVID Vaccine Status (Recommended)
Email your BC Vaccine Card or other proof of double Covid Vaccine
